Righty then, putting this here to prove that I'm not (quite) dead. The first revealed cutscene image for the My Little Investigations project. This particular image appears when Applebloom tells Twilight about what she heard and was doing on the night of the crime.
It's a nice challenge to work with this wide-set resolution, finding a proper composition is a lot harder than with my usual A4- and whathaveyou resolutions. Last 3 images, this included that I've worked on for the game have shown me that night-time is effin' hard to color correctly. Especially since Equestria's night sky is more purple than blue. Combine that with my inexperience with backgrounds and voilá!

Really? Huh, I guess Twilight really is the brains of the team.

Oh yeah, it's good my friend. Here are the major three good things about this one:

1. It's not annoying.
2. Brad Bird is the director.
And 3. Jeremy Renner in full badass mode.

So yeah, you should check this movie out.
